1 day, 8am – 5pm

Understand the basic ICS hierarchy and your company’s role in managing an incident;  learn to develop a plan that will assist first responders in identifying company resources (people & equipment);  learn to effectively communicate with first responders and other agencies.  Additional topics:  terminology, common responsibilities, general instructions associated with incident event assignments.
