professionally delivers Spanish Language OSHA, MSHA,
EPA and DOT compliance training through the use
of accomplished Spanish speaking instructors familiar
with the Hispanic student’s vernacular and
the Spanish technical terms relevant to the subject.
We have found the practice of using translators
for a simultaneous translation or sequential English/Spanish
training to be ineffectual at best. It is our policy
to only conduct our Spanish language courses in
appropriate Spanish to a Spanish speaking class.
Remember, you can’t meet your OSHA, MSHA,
DOT training requirements if the worker can’t
understand the training.
We have worked with a number of clients with predominantly
Spanish speaking workforces that characteristically
have received little or no previous safety training
that they were able to understand. The positive
effects on safety, productivity, quality, and morale
of our delivering safety training the employees
could understand have been remarkable.
All of our training materials such as PowerPoint slides, student handouts, and videos are in Spanish.
We specialize in Spanish MSHA training both New
Miner and Refresher for Parts 46 and 48. While we
operate primarily in Arizona and New Mexico, we
travel throughout the USA and Mexico to deliver
effective, engaging safety training in Spanish or
English.
