Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received five (5) business days PRIOR to the day of class. Late cancellations and No-Shows are subject to the FULL FEE. Substitutions are permitted. In the event that registration for a specific class does not meet the minimum attendance requirements, you will be notified by ETC and granted a full refund.
