Mostly known for her warm greeting and the refreshments she brings every morning, Teresa is the first person to greet you at our Tucson office. What you may not know is that Teresa is responsible for the logistics of all of our projects, regardless of location. Open enrollment and custom training demand a high degree of coordination between the office personnel, the assigned instructor, and the client to make sure that all the elements of a successful class are present. Preparation and delivery of course materials, maintaining training records and preparing certificates of achievement are all part of this charge. Sounds easy, but experience proves that it is often challenging due to last-minute changes or additions to the schedule.
In addition to her own work, Teresa always offers a helping hand whenever possible. She certainly understands the meaning of teamwork!

“Every man gives his life for what he believes. Every woman gives her life for what she believes. Sometimes people believe in little or nothing, and so they give their lives to little or nothing. One life is all we have, and we live it as we believe in living it…and then it’s gone.” – Joan of Arc
