MSHA Training & Consulting Services
Navigating the World of MSHA
For more than 100 years, mining has been a major economic contributor to Arizona’s development. Today over 65% of US copper is mined in our state.
The safety of miners has become increasingly important over the years and has resulted in an increase in government regulations.
We understand that navigating this maze of regulations is a daunting task and can often require professional assistance. Our goal at ETC is to assist you in maintaining your MSHA regulatory compliance with the following services:
Expert MSHA Instructors – ETC prides itself on having a professional team of highly qualified mining experts with real world experience.
Open Enrollment Training – ETC offers a consistent schedule of open enrollment New Inexperienced Surface Miner classes, as well as annual refreshers, at our Phoenix and Tucson training facilities. We publish the schedule in our quarterly brochure and on our website months in advance.
Custom Training – Your training plan or ours, your place or ours! If our open enrollment schedule, or our location, is not convenient for your group please contact us. Let us know your desired location and timeframe and we will do our best to accommodate!
Site Audits – Mock MSHA Audit, Safety Audit or Documentation/Recordkeeping Audit. Discover and correct problems before MSHA does and before someone gets hurt.
Safety Manual – Are you required to have an OSHA and/or MSHA compliant Safety Plan? Let us help you develop your plan, create your manual and implement your program.
Industrial Hygiene Services – Air sampling / monitoring, respiratory fit testing & training, noise surveys and complete job capability studies for all positions.
Not in Arizona? Our instructors / consultants have worked all over the United States and in Canada, Mexico, Central America, South America and Africa. Don’t let a little thing like geography stop you from contacting us. If there is a way to get to you, we will go!
