Owner / CEO
As the public face of ETC, Carole sets the tone for the company’s image, management and operations style which is centered on the belief that demonstrating care and concern for each other as well as ETC’s clients is an important element to success. Carole works with the Operations Manager to identify and implement strategic goals; evaluate and approve financial investments; respond to RFPs and ensure excellent customer service.
Carole is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE); National Environmental Safety and Health Training Association (NESHTA); Arizona Transportation Builders (ATB); and Alliance of Construction Trades (ACT).
Weslyn is responsible for the day-to-day operational, financial and legal aspects of the business and works closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans for the continued growth of the company. Duties include hiring and training office personnel, financial reconciliation and reporting; and coordinating, managing and monitoring the work of various departments involved in production, marketing, pricing and distribution of goods.
Outreach Training Coordinator
Becca is the primary contact for custom training and consulting projects. After determining a client’s scope of work, she is responsible for sending out a quote for services. Upon acceptance of the quote, Becca begins coordinating the scheduling details such as when, where and which ETC professional is the best fit. Her sincere desire to help her customers provides the foundation for successful jobs and satisfied clients.
Kelly J. Amstutz
Kelly continues to transform ETC’s marketing strategy by creating an identifiable ETC Compliance Solutions brand. Her goal is to ensure that all published materials are consistent with our new look. Her work on the website (which never seems to end) keeps ETC relevant while ensuring that clients can navigate the information easily. Her responsibilities include publishing the quarterly Open Enrollment brochure and targeted tri-folds, creating the weekly Constant Contact newsletter, and working with instructors to improve training and auditing materials. Kelly meets every challenge with enthusiasm and grace.
Administrative Training Coordinator
Tayler is responsible for logistics. Open enrollment and custom training demand a high degree of coordination between the office personnel, the assigned instructor, and the client to make sure that all the elements of a successful class are present. Preparation and delivery of course materials, maintaining training records and preparing certificates of achievement are all part of this charge. Sounds easy, but experience proves that it is often challenging due to last minute changes or additions to the schedule. Tayler’s time management, attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively make her a perfect fit for the job.
Samantha helps with the preparation and packing of course materials for over 40 open enrollment and custom classes every month. She also helps with data entry, maintains our digital files and helps with special projects as needed. Her knowledge and ongoing education in the field of occupational health and safety has made her a valuable addition to our team!
