This course is intended for individuals who will be working with electricity. Students attending this 8-hour course will learn safe work practices and procedures to be able to recognize dangerous situations and avoid hazards before an incident occurs. They will learn the safe approach distances to exposed electrical conductors and by the end of class they’ll be able to determine the proper personal protective equipment for any working condition encountered. Every student will leave this class with a much better understanding of the hazards they encounter every day and a new respect for electricity. Includes current edition of “70E Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace.”
