Mr. Soqui is a Health and Safety Professional. As a Retired Fire Battalion Chief and Fire Captain and Military veteran. Joseph has 25 years of proven Safety and Emergency Management experience in the United States Army National Guard as a Non-Commissioned Officer and as a Federal Technician who has had a seamless transition into the civilian workforce. His comprehensive background in emergency response, safety and firefighting is derived from conducting domestic operations. He possesses extensive knowledge in personnel management, talent acquisition, and policy planning for the support of various public safety organizations. His career is supported by OSHA, FEMA, IFSAC, DoD, NFPA, NFA, DHS, AZ SFM, AZBoEd. Mr. Soqui has had responsibility for all emergency response activities, including fire protection, medical emergencies, rescue and HazMat incident suppression. He trained the local fire, EMS.
Responsible for identifying hazards in the workplace, to inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, oversees and trains compliance through corporate & government health, safety standards, & regulations, design & implement workplace processes and procedures that help protect workers from potentially hazardous work conditions, Investigate accidents and incidents to identify their causes and to determine how they might be prevented in the future, conduct training on a variety of safety topics, coaching and educating affected employees.
