ETC Terms & Conditions
- All Open Enrollment Classes require at least three attendees to be guaranteed by ETC Compliance Solutions. Otherwise, ETC reserves the right to cancel at any time.
- All Open Enrollment classes must be pre-paid, or a PO provided before confirmation to the class will be granted.
- If billing arrangements have been agreed upon, the client will be invoiced no later than the first day of class. For clients that have payment terms later than Net 30, invoices will be sent the day of class registration.
- If your organization receives a discount for open enrollment classes, that code must be provided when you register and pay by Credit Card for the class. Discounts are not retroactive.
- Certificates will not be issued until successful completion and full payment is received.
- If an attendee is unable to attend their confirmed class, ETC must be notified in writing at least 48 hours (2 business days) before the first day of class. A substitute may be required to fill the absence, if the absence will cause ETC to become non-compliant in administering the training
- Once payment has been received and registration has been confirmed (payment receipt), no refunds will be granted.
- If the required notification is not received or the registrant does not attend (no notice/no show), all paid fees are forfeited. Invoices will be sent, and payment will be expected.
- Rescheduled classes must be confirmed within 12 months of the first day of the original class for ETC to honor the original price.
- Regulatory agencies require full participation in the class. Therefore, if the attendee is tardy or misses sections of the curriculum for any reason, and the instructor cannot accommodate the absence, a certificate will not be issued to the attendee, and any paid fees will be forfeited. Please note that our Safety Professionals understand that unexpected events occur. They will do their best to accommodate reasonable requests, but it is not guaranteed that they can or will be able to provide this consideration.
- Regulatory agencies require attendees to pass the class. Therefore, if the attendee cannot pass the class on their own merit, a certificate will not be issued to the attendee, and any paid fees will be forfeited. Please note that our Safety Professionals understand that all students learn differently. They will do their best to accommodate students’ needs, but it is not guaranteed that they can or will be able to provide this consideration.
