This course is designed for the employee who is directly involved with hazardous materials transportation safety and procedures, i.e.: anyone who loads, unloads or handles hazardous materials or manufactures, tests, reconditions, repairs, modifies, marks or otherwise represents containers, drums or packaging as qualified for use in the transportation of hazardous materials: prepares hazardous materials transportation documents or operates a vehicle used to transport hazardous materials. This one-day class provides an awareness-level knowledge of the transportation of hazardous materials in compliance with Subchapter C of Title 49.
